Privacy Policy
How we handle the information you share with us through this website.
Last updated: 17 June 2026
This policy explains what personal data Celvari collects through this website, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have over it. We keep it deliberately short and plain.
1. Who we are
Celvari is the data controller for personal data collected through this site. If you have any question about this policy or your data, contact us at [email protected].
2. What we collect
We only collect what we need to respond to you and to keep the site secure:
- Information you give us — when you submit a form (book a demo, contact us, request an assessment, partner or investor enquiry), we collect your name, work email, company, and anything you choose to write in the message field.
- Security data — to protect our forms from abuse we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which performs a privacy-preserving check in your browser. We do not receive a tracking profile from it.
- Server logs — like most websites, our infrastructure records standard technical data (such as IP address and request time) for security and reliability.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this site.
3. How we use it
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry, to understand what you need, and to follow up about it. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
4. Legal basis
Where the EU/UK GDPR applies, we process the details you submit on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our product and services. You can withdraw consent or object at any time (see “Your rights” below).
5. Who processes it on our behalf
We rely on a small number of service providers to run the site: a hosting provider for the servers, and Cloudflare for content delivery, security, and the Turnstile form check. These providers process data only to deliver their service to us, under their own data-protection terms.
6. Cookies
We do not set advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary cookie to operate its security and Turnstile checks. If we introduce analytics in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first where required.
7. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry submissions for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable business record of the conversation, after which we delete them. If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we will.
8. Where your data is stored
The website and enquiry submissions are hosted on dedicated server infrastructure located in the European Union. Where any provider processes data outside your region, it does so under appropriate safeguards.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to provide it in a portable form. To exercise any of these, email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
10. Security
Access to enquiry data is restricted and held on infrastructure we control. Data sent between your browser and our servers is encrypted in transit.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product and our practices evolve. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
