Where This Goes

When data stops being the bottleneck, everything downstream changes.

Think about everything your organization cannot do fast enough today. Almost none of it is held back by a shortage of data or talent. It is held back by the months it takes to turn what you have into something you can trust. That is the bottleneck — and removing it is a market measured in the budgets three categories charge to keep the work manual.

Who We Are

We built Celvari from inside the problem — not next to it.

Celvari was founded by Gamal Badr and Moustapha Bekheet — operators who have spent more than two decades turning enterprise ambition into working technology across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Gamal led a global technology vendor's regional business across EMEA as a Senior Director: $100M+ technology portfolios, engineering and architecture teams built across 15+ countries, and C-level leaders guided through the exact modernization that AI now promises to accelerate. Moustapha built and scaled one of MENA’s first homegrown streaming platforms from concept to millions of users — a career spent turning data and digital products into growth.

We spent years watching the same failure repeat inside large organizations: strong teams, expensive platforms, and a months-long wait between every business question and a trustworthy answer. The tools were not slow because the people were — they were slow because every step assumed a human would do the work by hand. When AI crossed the line where it could do the work, not just suggest it, we built the platform we always wanted to run: intelligence at the core, governance as the path itself, and nothing locked away.

The Foundation

A spin-out with an enterprise backbone.

Celvari was spun out of WIND-Integrated Solutions — a digital-transformation software firm and an Oracle, Microsoft, Red Hat, and NVIDIA partner that has modernized public-sector, financial, and retail organizations across Egypt and the Gulf since 2016. The platform was built where the problem lives: inside live enterprise engagements, not a lab.

That is why a young platform already runs real pilots. WIND-IS brings the enterprise relationships Celvari is proven on, and the certified delivery teams that stand it up in production — so the speed you see is backed by an operating business, not a promise.

Why Now

Three forces came together at once. That will not happen twice.

The technology crossed the line.

AI models can now plan, generate, test, and correct production-grade data work — not just autocomplete it. The system around the model matters more than the model itself, and that is an engineering moat.

The cost crisis peaked.

Data teams spend most of their time maintaining what exists instead of building what is needed — while the backlog, and the AI ambitions on top of it, keep growing.

Regulation made governance mandatory.

The EU AI Act and sector rules like DORA turned “can you trace it?” from an audit question into a market-access question. Speed without auditability is no longer something European enterprises can buy.

The winners of this shift will not be the ones who added AI to the old way of working. They will be the ones built for the new one.

The Market

Three budgets, one platform.

Every large organization pays three times to get from raw data to trusted answers: once for integration and ETL, again for data quality tools, and a third time for cataloging and governance.

Celvari collapses the work of all three into a single governed path. Our market is not a slice of one category — it is the sum of what the old categories charge for keeping the work manual.

The Bigger Picture

For thirty years, the speed of data was set by hand. Not anymore.

The value of AI in data was never a chatbot that writes SQL a little faster. It is what happens when the time from question to trusted answer drops from weeks to a day. A bank that stands up a new risk view as fast as the risk appears. A health authority that turns a fragmented national dataset into a governed, queryable source of truth.

A team that stops maintaining pipelines and starts building the things only people can. When data products take a day instead of a quarter, an organization attempts things it never would have tried.

Celvari doesn’t assist your team. It expands what your team can do.

What We Believe

Three commitments.

01

Intelligence belongs at the core, not the edge.

The work itself should be agentic — not a suggestion engine sitting next to the old way of doing it.

02

Governance is the path, not the paperwork.

Trust should be how the work travels — not something you add and audit afterwards.

03

The platform you depend on should never be a trap.

Your data, your metadata, your AI choices, your infrastructure — all yours, on open foundations. We would rather earn your renewal each year than make leaving expensive.
