Gamal led a global technology vendor's regional business across EMEA as a Senior Director: $100M+ technology portfolios, engineering and architecture teams built across 15+ countries, and C-level leaders guided through the exact modernization that AI now promises to accelerate. Moustapha built and scaled one of MENA’s first homegrown streaming platforms from concept to millions of users — a career spent turning data and digital products into growth.

Celvari was spun out of WIND-Integrated Solutions — a digital-transformation software firm and an Oracle, Microsoft, Red Hat, and NVIDIA partner that has modernized public-sector, financial, and retail organizations across Egypt and the Gulf since 2016. The platform was built where the problem lives: inside live enterprise engagements, not a lab.
